At DentaClaire, we want you to feel fully confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 90-day guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
You have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. We offer free return shipping on approved returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@dentaclaire.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
perishable goods
custom or personalized products
personal care goods
hazardous materials
flammable liquids or gases
gift cards
sale items

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item and, once your return is accepted, place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, though your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
